Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all original tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or discounted products
  • Worn or used items
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping for defective or incorrect items
  • Return shipping charges apply for personal reasons (size issues, preference change, etc.)

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or variant is in stock, we will process the exchange accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos for faster resolution.
